The reception was efficient, people were cute. mina and another gentleman got me checked in under ten minutes. the aquapark was great for children. Staff there were helpful. mohamed and the donghut slide operator deserve recognition for their assistance.
the phone in my room was not functioning, which complicated a minor issue with luggage handling.

Abanoub at reception was very helpful. He explained everything in detail. The hotel staff brought us cutlery quickly at every meal. They asked if everything was okay.
The hotel felt a little old. It could use an upgrade.

The staff was always helpful. ahmed kamal at reception was friendly from the start. viola from guest service greeted us with a smile and planned an amazing birthday party for my daughter. mina and ahmed cooked fantastic food. I highly recommend this place!
the level of cleanliness could be better. i noticed the grounds around the pools were watered with a hose. detergents seemed to be lacking.

the staff were consistently helpful. our room was upgraded and a complimentary à la carte dinner was offered. it was an awesome stay. i appreciated the warm smiles and inviting atmosphere upon arrival. the tone was set for the duration of my stay.
i found that the pool closed early at 6 pm. this limited our time for relaxation by the water in the evening. i wish the pool hours extended later into the evening.

the staff displayed friendliness and a cute attitude. they readily offered assistance to ensure a smooth experience. a standout team member, barsoum, offered really good service with professionalism and a positive demeanour.

lunch and dinner offered high-quality and delicious dishes. i found a great variety and everything was well prepared. the chef always did their best to fulfill our special requests, with desserts daily.

The room was cleaned daily. That was acceptable.
i found the food to be mostly tasteless. restaurant staff didn't seem to care much about us. we wanted alcoholic drinks with dinner but they often did not even look at us.. nobody came to take our order.
